Pitch monitor
About this pitch monitor
Use a free vocal pitch monitor in your browser to watch your singing pitch move in real time. A singing pitch tracker shows the note you are on and how your pitch rises and falls as you sing.
What is a vocal pitch monitor?
A pitch monitor (also called a real-time pitch tracker or vocal pitch tracker) listens through your microphone and shows where your voice sits on a musical note scale. Singers use it to check intonation while warming up, practising songs, or learning to sing in tune.
Guess the Note’s pitch monitor draws a live pitch trail on a C3–A5 scale, so you can see high and low notes at a glance — not only whether you are sharp or flat of a single target.
How to read the display
Start monitoring, then sing. The note at the top is the closest pitch class and octave. On the chart, low notes sit at the bottom and high notes at the top; the moving line traces your recent pitch, and the dot marks the tip. Session low and high remember the extremes of this run. Stop freezes the trail so you can review it; start again to begin a fresh session.
